Each day you will be guided to set your intention. You will be guided in consciously focusing on a specific goal or purpose related to healing from your trauma. You will be offered a daily mantra to repeat to yourself, and will be guided in clarifying your intentions and directing your thoughts, actions, and energy towards realizing goals of healing and recovery. By setting an intention, you create a clear vision for what you want to manifest in your life so that you can guide your actions accordingly.

Planned Nutrition
Each day you will be guided in understanding important information about nutrition. You will learn how trauma impacts food choices and changes the way the body breaks down the food we eat. Then, you will be offered a daily recipe to help you understand the concept of food as medicine. You will be guided in establishing healthy habits surrounding meal preparation. And you will learn the self-nurturing practice of mindfully and intentionally preparing food for yourself.

Movement
Each day you will be guided in understanding more about the impact of trauma or your body. Then, you will be guided in participating in a healthy movement designed to counteract some of the negative physical, mental, and emotional effects of trauma.

Trauma 101
Each day you will be guided in understanding the impact of trauma on your mind, body, behavior, motivations, and reactions. You will learn what the trauma did to you, and what you can do to begin to heal. You will learn to understand yourself through a lens of kindness and compassion so that you can move farther along on your healing journey. You will learn to replace negative ideas about yourself with realism, compassion, and understanding.

Self-Care
Each day you will learn about the damaging effects of trauma on your self-care habits, and you will be guided in participating in self-care activities designed to counteract the negative effects of trauma while improving your overall health an wellness.

Each day you be guided in reflecting on each of the lessons learned related to Setting Your Intention, Planned Nutrition, Movement, Trauma 101, and Self-Care.
