Trauma Recovery Course

When you experience trauma, it is difficult to heal on your own. You might not know what to do to help yourself feel better. And even if you know what to do, you might find that you are too mentally and emotionally sapped of energy to be able to help yourself.

This course will help you.

Each day you will be introduced to the idea of setting your intention on healing, being mindful of food as medicine for healing, healthy movements for your body, understanding how trauma impacts every aspect of you, how to care for yourself through trauma, and the importance of reflecting on all you have learned in these lessons. The lessons are short, supportive, and full of important information about how to help yourself heal.

This course is self-paced. Each day offers six lessons, but you are free to work at your own speed.

Trauma can be a very isolating experience. As you work through these lessons, know that there are others out there who are working on their own healing journey, too.
